The Sovetsky District Court of Makhachkala dismissed the case under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation against the journalist of Caucasian Knot Murad Muradov. The court found that there was no offence under Part 6 of the article — inflicting harm to the health or property of others. After he was detained on September 25 at the anti-mobilization rally, Muradov was held in police custody until morning. During the detention, his journalist ID card and phone were taken away.
