In Makhachkala, unidentified people started a fight in the conference hall of a hotel where a discussion called «View on the Caucasus» was being held, organized by the Takie Dela media. The police arrived on the scene and detained the organizers and speakers of the event. A journalist of the Caucasian Knot media Murad Muradov was also detained. According to Muradov, he spent about an hour and a half at the police station. At the entrance, phones were taken away from the detainees.
