On March 8, the authorities forced Mukhrim A’zamkhuzhayev the journalist and author of the Telegram channel Mukhrim, to delete a post about the upcoming referendum on changes and additions to the Constitution of Uzbekistan. He said he intended to participate in the vote and to speak out against the changes, not wanting to be a «full-fledged spectator».
