At the request of Roskomnadzor (Russian state communications regulator), the Russian Supreme court revoked the license of Saint-Petersburg publication MR7. This was as a result of missing 'foreign-agent' designations on two news articles on their site. These were to do with the politician Boris Vishnevskiy, and the Kyrgyz group SK SOS, which are on the 'foreign-agent' list. Roskomnadzor considered this to be misuse of the media, though the editors added the designations after receiving a warning.
