The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation has added the project Mozhem Obyasnit to the register of «foreign agents». This is the first case when a Telegram channel was declared a «foreign agent». According to the Ministry, it «disseminated unreliable information about the decisions taken by the public authorities of the Russian Federation and the policy pursued by them». It is stated that Mozhem Obyasnit «has support from information resources associated with persons included in the register of foreign agents».
