The Leninsky District Court of Mogilev has designated the website and social media accounts of the online publication “Mogilev Media” — 6tvby.media — as extremist informational material. Following the court’s decision, the Ministry of Information of Belarus has added this online resource to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
