On June 14, the host of the Georgian Times TV channel, Mishiko Gogilava, who the day before had invited a pro-government activist, Goga Haindrava, Georgian Minister for Conflict Resolution from 2004-2006, to a live broadcast, was fired. The journalist was insulted by Haindrava after questions about Georgia's European integration problems, and then the channel's management decided to fire the journalist.
