On April 12, journalist and one of the founders of the TV channel Formula Misha Mshvildadze was summoned for questioning by the Georgian State Security Service in connection with the publication of a post on his Facebook account in which he criticised Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili. The questioning in the presence of a magistrate was being conducted as part of an ongoing investigation under Article 315 of the Criminal Code of Georgia — «conspiracy or rebellion with the aim of forcibly changing the constitutional order of Georgia». On April 4, Misha Mshvildadze reacted to Irakli Garibashvili’s statement on the situation in Ukraine by calling on Garibashvili to resign.
