The police detained journalists Ales Lyauchuk and Milana Kharytonava on their way out of home. They took them to the Moskovsky District Department of Internal Affairs in order, according to the police, to draw up a report for cooperation with a foreign media outlet without accreditation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Article 23.5 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus). The journalists’ phones were confiscated, they were questioned under Article 23.5 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus, detained until the evening, and then released without a report.
