The Basmanny District Court of Moscow fined writer and journalist Mikhail Zygar RUB 30,000 for the lack of labelling of a «foreign agent» in his publications (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Zygar was fined on July 5 for four publications in his Telegram channel, in which he posted links to his YouTube channel and talked about interviews with journalists Christiane Amanpour and Can Dündar, Chinese artist Ai Weiwei and musician Boris Grebenshchikov.
