The Ostankinsky District Court of Moscow fined Zelensky RUB 10,000 under Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (obstructing transport at an unauthorised rally). The journalist was detained at a protest rally in the centre of Moscow.
