On April 21, at the hearing in the Kostanay City Court, judge Bakhytkul Kankulova supported the demand of the representatives of one of the parties and removed TobolInfo journalist Mikhail Shmidt from the courtroom. At the same time, she stated that journalists can attend the court as listeners, but have no right to publish anything about the trial. Further, the judge asked the bailiff to delete the recording from the phone, noting that the journalist was recording it unauthorisedly.
