According to the court ruling on the civil suit for the protection of honour, dignity, and business reputation of the vice-rector of the Kazakh National University F. Zhakypova, the correspondent of the newspaper Vremya Mikhail Kozachkov must publish a refutation on Facebook of the post about Zhakypova's dismissal and pay compensation for moral damage of KZT 100,000 (about USD 230) within seven days after the court decision. Also, the court recovered court costs from the journalist in favour of the plaintiff.
