The Arbitration Court of the Ryazan region is considering a lawsuit for the protection of honour, dignity, and business reputation of the company NPO RIZUR and its director against the online media outlet Svoya Kolokolnya, as well as against the media outlet’s director and editor-in-chief Mikhail Komarov. They demand to remove the publications and recover compensation for moral damage in the amount of RUB 400,000 from the media outlet and RUB 200,000 from the editor-in-chief.
