The Ostankinsky District Court of Moscow received reports accusing journalists Mikhail Fishman and Tikhon Dzyadko of participating in the activities of an “undesirable organisation,” a violation under Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offences. In July 2023, the Prosecutor General’s Office designated the TV channel Dozhd (TV Rain) as such an organisation. Both journalists are also listed in the official register of “foreign agents.”
