On June 14, a court in Kemerovo arrested Mikhail Alfyorov, the author of the YouTube channel Vrag svinosobak, for 10 days under Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation on incitement of hatred. It is unknown what prompted the arrest. In May, Alfyorov was arrested for 13 days under the same article for a video criticizing the Centre for Combating Extremism officers but was released early in connection with the revision of the case.
