Alferov is threatened with a new criminal case under Part 2 of Article 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (death threats on the motives of hatred or enmity towards a social group). An employee of the Center for Combating Extremism stated that Alferov threatened her on September 4. On that day, the blogger recorded a video in the police car. Alferov learned about the new criminal check-up in the detention center, where he was serving 11 days of arrest on two administrative cases of incitement of hatred against police officers. Alferov was also sentenced to 96 hours of community service. Three criminal cases have already been initiated against the blogger.
