The blogger Mikhail Alferov was detained in Kemerovo. People who introduced themselves as police officers were not in uniform. They tried to interrupt the filming by force. Before being detained, Alferov managed to shoot a video where he sits in the car and says he was «kidnapped». A woman in a mask and jacket climbs on the back seat next to him. «I am the Senior Inspector for the enforcement of administrative laws, Major of the police Karpova», – the woman replies when asked to introduce herself.
