Kirovsky District Court fined Alferov RUB 15,000 under Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred) for a video about police officers «#Kemerovo MUSOROVIRUS (MOVID-19) copper pigtale». The court found that in this video, Alferov humiliates the Ministry of Internal Affairs officers. The video blogger is also subject to criminal prosecution for his publications.
