Kirovsky District Court sentenced Mikhail Alferov to 96 hours of community service and 11 days of administrative arrest under Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred) for videos about police officers. Before, he was fined RUB 15,000 under the same article. The blogger was sent to the detention centre with otitis and a broken arm. Alferov is also subject to criminal prosecution for his publications.
