Kirovsky District Court fined video blogger Mikhail Alferov RUB 15,000 under Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred) for a video about police officers «#Kemerovo MUSOROVIRUS (MOVID-19) copper pig tale». The court found that the video Alferov humiliated the Ministry of Internal Affairs officers. The video blogger is also subject to criminal prosecution for his publications.
