The magistrate's court fined Afanasyev RUB 3,000 under Article 5.61 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (insult) for a social network post from June 21 about Khakasia's Minister of Property Relations Evgeny Tarasov. The journalist called him a «turnkey» and promised the minister that he would «have his head stuck in the shithouse.
