The court of Pinsk and Pinsk District fined blogger Mikalai Klimovich BYN 111 for an anti-war picture. Judge Andrey Bychyla declared the blogger guilty of «spreading Nazi symbols» (under Article 19.10 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus) for putting a «funny» reaction in the social network under the caricature of Vladimir Putin depicted in a Nazi uniform.
