A report was drawn up against journalist Michael Nacke for the absence of «foreign agent» labelling in his publications (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The Basmanny District Court of Moscow will consider Nacke’s case. Nacke, together with the head of Conflict Intelligence Team Ruslan Leviev, is prosecuted for «military» fakes (Paragraph C of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) — they are accused of spreading false information about the shelling of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant.
