Journalist Michael Nacke and head of the Conflict Intelligence Team Ruslan Leviev are accused of spreading a fake about shelling of the Zaporizhzhya NPP. A criminal case under Paragraphs B and C of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (dissemination of knowingly false information by a group of persons with artificial creation of prosecution evidence) was initiated on March 16 by an investigator for particularly important cases of the department for investigation of cybercrimes and high-tech crimes of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
