On April 29, historian Vahram Tokmadzhyan insulted journalist Mher Arshakyan and his family with obscene swear words in his comment on Facebook. The reason for this was the publication about the fact that a car of the motorcade of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia hit a pregnant woman in Yerevan, as a result of which she died. Tokmadzhyan, using foul language, accused the journalist that his article was based on blood and aimed at discrediting the authorities.
