The Tagansky District Court of Moscow fined the Czech news agency MEDIUM-ORIENT RUB 500,000 for the absence of «foreign agent» marking in archived articles of the media outlet established by the agency. A report on violation of the law on «foreign agents» (Part 1 of Article 19.34.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) was drawn up in October because of several articles on the website Caucasus Times — two of them had already been moved to the archive.
