Sercons company filed a lawsuit against Mediazona with a demand to remove information from the article «Backed by Federal Security Service. The beaten activists of the Rosderzhava project could become defendants in a hooliganism case». The article stated that on March 20, three Rosderzhava correspondents were beaten in the Sercons office in Moscow. The victims claimed that the attack was carried out by company representatives who had previously served in the Federal Security Service. On December 15, Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed the lawsuit against Mediazona.
