Maxim Pakhomov was denied accreditation for the matches of Euro 2020 in St. Petersburg. He was also denied accreditation by the St. Petersburg press centre, thus depriving him of the opportunity to work at the stadium and in the fan zone. From unofficial sources, the journalist learned that he was blacklisted because he was detained at the «Don’t call him Dimon» protest rally in 2017.
