Rakityansky District Court partially satisfied the lawsuit for the protection of the honour and dignity filed by Igor Vidashev, head of the Belgorod Federal Penitentiary Service department. Klimov was obliged to remove the video investigation about torture and fraud, publish a refutation, reimburse Vidashev's expenses for his lawyer and linguistic expertise, and pay compensation for moral damage. The total amount of payments is RUB 120,000.
