The security forces detained the journalist when he was covering protest rally in the city centre. He was brought to the local police station, where an administrative report for the participation in an unauthorized event was drawn up on him. For three days awaiting the trial, he was held in the pre-trial detention centre. On 23 October, the court found him guilty and arrested for 15 days.
