The Kostroma Regional Court received a lawsuit on the protection of image rights. The court obliged the blogger to remove the photo of the doctor Anna Degtyareva, published in the Emergency Kostroma public group on VKontakte social network, and pay the plaintiff a compensation of RUB 5,000 for violation of the image rights.
