The Presnensky District Court of Moscow has fined Ukrainian journalist Matvey Ganapolsky RUB 50,000 under the article on violation of the procedure for the activities of a «foreign agent» (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The reason was the claims to the marking of publications.
