The Basmanny District Court of Moscow has chosen in absentia a measure of restraint in the form of arrest for Mark Feygin. He was declared wanted in October 2023. Feygin is charged with spreading military «fakes» on the grounds of political hatred (paragraph E of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). It is not yet known what exactly gave rise to the case.
