Former lawyer and video blogger Mark Feygin was charged with failing to fulfill his duties as a «media foreign agent» (Part 1 of Article 19.34.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The reason is unknown. Feygin was added to the list of «media foreign agents» on April 8.
