The Basmanny District Court of Moscow has received a case of military «fakes» (Paragraph E of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) against Marina Ovsyannikova, former editor of Channel One. She has left the country, so the case will be considered in absentia. Ovsyannikova is being prosecuted for an individual anti-war picket on Sofiyskaya Embankment opposite the Kremlin.
