Marina Ovsyannikova, the former news editor of Channel One, was detained in the Moscow Region. She was taken to the Krasnoselsky District Police Department, where a report was drawn up on her for «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Later, she was released. The reason for the report was a video published by the pro-Kremlin blogger Ilias Mercury with a commentary of the journalist, which she gave in front of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow before the arrest of Ilya Yashin.
