On November 15, the journalist of the TV channel Atameken Business Marina Nizovkina came to the administrative court of Shymkent to cover the open trial. The court connected the journalist online to the session. However, before the start of the session, judge Guliza Mamyrova forbade Nizovkina to publish anything about this process until the decision enters into force. The journalist does not understand how the ban clashes with the publicity of the trial, which is written in the law on mass media and Article 20 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
