Marina Molchanovа was detained by the security forces when she was covering a protest rally against results of the presidential election. She was taken to the District Internal Affairs department where administrative protocol on the violation of the law on mass events was drawn on her. She was arrested awaiting trial. At night she complained that she was not feeling well; therefore, she was hospitalized.
