In Yekaterinburg, the journalist Marina-Maya Govzman was arrested for 12 days under an article on «disobedience to police». On September 21, she was detained at an uncoordinated rally against mobilization, where she had come not as a media employee but as a civilian. Govzman is a journalist for It’s My City, Takie Dela, and 66.Ru.
