The security officials detained Erema at the action of solidarity in memory of the murdered Raman Bandarenka. She was taken to the police department, charged with participation in an unauthorized event (Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus), and held in the detention centre for three days until the trial. On November 16, the court found Erema guilty based on the police report and arrested her for 13 days.
