On 26 October 2024, on the parliamentary Election Day in Georgia, members of the election commission at polling station No. 49 in Kutaisi filed a report against Formula TV journalist Mari Tsaqadze and expelled her from the station. Meanwhile, an unidentified individual on-site attempted to disrupt the journalist during her live broadcast. According to the Center for Media, Information, and Social Studies (CMIS), this person claimed they were “preventing her from spreading lies.” Tsaqadze sought assistance from the police but did not receive any help.
