On June 16, while the supporters of the Prosperous Armenia party leader Gagik Tsarukyan were pushed aside from the building of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, where the politician was interrogated, the journalists covering the action were also affected by the actions of the police. Some of them received various injuries. In particular, News.am correspondent Liana Sargsyan, Tert.am journalist Ani Gevorgyan, Yerkir.am correspondent Tatevik Kostandyan, Kentron TV journalist Artur Hakobyan, and editor of the MegaNews.am website Margarita Davtyan were injured.
