The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation included Marat Nikandrov in the register of «foreign agents» at his own request. The journalist said that he «sat with friends in a café and filled out this questionnaire for fun» (on the website of the Ministry of Justice). Nikandrov, 19-years-old, became the youngest «foreign agent» in Russia.
