Radio Azattyq reporter Manas Kaiyrtayuly was not allowed to ask an uncomfortable question at a meeting with the former President of the Kyrgyz Republic Askar Akayev. «Yesterday, Askar Akayev visited Almaty and gave lectures at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
