The decision was made based on the lawsuit filed by singer Javanshir Mammadov, who lives in Azerbaijan. The blogger claims that it is not the singer who is behind the lawsuits against him, but the government of Azerbaijan because of his critical speeches. The blogger said that unknown people are threatening him with death threats over the phone calls. "They want to send me to prison for 3-5 months and then either poison me or stab me and get rid of me," said the blogger. He said that he is receiving anonymous calls that he will not survive in prison.
