Additional information:
A court in Yekaterinburg arrested Maksim Rumyantsev, the editor of the website Freepressa, for five days. He was found guilty under Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation on incitement of hatred. On the morning of September 7, Rumyantsev was detained by officers of the Centre for Combating Extremism and taken to court. Presumably, the arrest is related to the topic of the work of shuttle buses, which Rumyantsev covered. He took up this topic after a minibus driver dropped off his daughter in the middle of the woods on a winter night. In one of his video posts, Rumyantsev insulted this driver.
