Lublinsky District Court fined Kondratyev RUB 10,000 under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules for participation in a public event) for the action of solidarity with former journalist Ivan Safronov, accused of treason. Kondratyev, along with other journalists, was detained on July 13 near the Lefortovo pre-trial detention centre, where Safronov is being held.
