On the way to Pinsk, the police stopped the car in which freelance journalists Ilya Malinouski and Maksim Harchanok were travelling. They were detained, taken to the Pinsk police department, and had their video equipment and smartphones taken without seizure reports. They were released nine hours after the detention. The journalists spent all this time without food and water. According to them, in the police department, the law enforcers mocked the Belarusian language and demanded to speak in Russian.
