The Kostroma Regional Court received a lawsuit for the protection of the right to image. The court ordered the blogger to delete the photo of the doctor Anna Degtyaryova, published in the community Emergency Kostroma in VKontakte, and to pay the plaintiff compensation in the amount of RUB 5,000 for the violation of the right to image.
